Laurshan, Inc. is a family owned and operated General Contracting company started in 1983 by Brian Bradley and Catherine Bradley. Shannon Bradley Niemann, their daughter and also a commercial and residential General Contractor, officially joined the family business in 1999. With over 40 years of construction, design and property development capabilities, we produce exceptional results every time!

The Bradley Family understands the magnitude of dependability, quality and an outstanding work ethic. With some of the best superintendents and subcontractors in Arizona, we can handle projects of any scope and size. We build from the ground up, as well as tenant improvement and remodels.

Brian Bradley and Shannon Bradley Niemann, have developed into a superior father-daughter team, and are both 3rd and 4th generation General Contractors respectively. Together, the Bradley Family has built millions of commercial square feet of commercial projects and 100’s of restaurants here in the Valley. We have streamlined our company to keep our overhead at a manageable level; this equates to lower prices for construction. We are extremely hands on and focus on schedules and budgets. We are experts at value engineering to assist Owners and Architects with their construction budget. We have great relationships with the municipalities and their inspectors, and we have very qualified superintendents, as well as a large, qualified subcontractor pool. Laurshan’s philosophy is to work as a team. Our subcontractors are very loyal; we all work together to be competitive with our pricing so that we can do more volume of work at a competitive rate. We offer budget pricing free of charge; we visit the site with our subcontractors and give accurate field-based budget pricing for the work as opposed to simply guessing at a price per square foot. This is a helpful element for Owners in their negotiations with landlords and banks.
